" Over the past few months, my dryer was taking increasingly longer to dry our clothes so I decided it was time to call an expert. Santa's Friend had been recommended by a gentleman who had worked on my garage door so I placed a call to Jim Robinson on a Thursday and was pleasantly surprised to find out he could come by the next day...Jim called when he was on the way and set to work immediately with his co-worker, Justin, upon arrival. They were very careful about the carpet and within no time, the job was done. Jim explained the need to make the vent connection from the dryer to the wall as short as possible and helped me understand the need to keep the pipe that exhausts to the outside free from lint build-up. Of course, the proof of any job is in the final result. I immediately washed a load of towels and much to my delight, they were dry on the first cycle.
